ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Rising Star Bonus is a limited‑time performance initiative created to help FARMASI Influencers advance with clarity and purpose. During a three‑month window, FIs can earn up to $500 USD (or $700 CAD) by achieving key bonus levels for the first time while meeting essential activity and recruitment milestones. This program delivers a structured, confidence‑building progression — helping emerging leaders gain traction and step into their next level with strength.

HOW TO QUALIFY
Earn each Rising Star Bonus level when you meet all
requirements in the same month you achieve that bonus
level for the first time.
Requirements (per bonus level):
125 PV
3 Qualified Recruits
Bonus Levels & Cash Awards:
15% Level: $50 USD / $70 CAD / $50 USD (DR)
18% Level: $150 USD / $210 CAD / $150 USD (DR)
22% Level: $300 USD / $420 CAD / $300 USD (DR)
Total potential:
$500 USD (USA & DR)
$700 CAD (Canada)
If an FI has previously achieved the 15% level, they remain
eligible to earn the 18% and 22% bonuses when reached for
the first time during the program window.

NON‑DUPLICATION RULE
To ensure fair alignment and leadership consistency: When both a Sponsor and a direct FI reach a qualifying bonus level for the first time, the Sponsor must be at least one bonus level higher to also earn the bonus. If a Sponsor reaches 15%, 18%, or 22%, ends the month at 25%, and has a direct FI who also reaches 25% and qualifies for a first‑time bonus, the Sponsor must be one title higher to be eligible. Sponsors must meet all normal requirements in the same month. Virtual Managers do not qualify.
ELIGIBILITY CHECKLIST
You are eligible if you:
Participate between March 1 – May 31, 2026
Reach 15%, 18%, and/or 22% for the first time
Complete 125 PV + 3 Qualified Recruits in that same month
Meet Sponsor hierarchy requirements (if applicable)
Are not a Virtual Manager
