We are thrilled to introduce the Rising Star Bonus Program, designed to provide FARMASI Influencers with the opportunity to earn an additional $500 USD on their path to Director.
This exciting initiative is designed to create a powerful wave of growth over the next 90 days, increasing earning potential and equipping Leaders with a strong tool to maximize their growth as they advance through the titles in our Compensation Plan.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Rising Star Bonus is a limited‑time performance initiative created to help FARMASI Influencers advance with clarity and purpose. During a three‑month window, FIs can earn up to $500 USD by achieving key bonus levels for the first time while meeting essential activity and recruitment milestones.
This program delivers a structured, confidence‑building progression — helping emerging leaders gain traction and step into their next level with strength.

WHAT ARE THE COUNTRIES THAT PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM?
This program is available for FARMASI Influencers in the USA & Puerto Rico, Canada, Dominican Republic, United Kingdom and Ireland.
WHAT IS THE DURATION OF THIS PROGRAM?
This program is available from March 1, 2026, to May 31, 2026.
WHAT ARE THE OBJECTIVES OF THIS PROGRAM?
This program has two main objectives:
· Give the opportunity to FARMASI Influencers to earn an additional $500 USD / $700 CAD / £400 / €400 on their way to Director.
· Serve as a tool for Leaders to generate leadership growth in their organization.
WHAT IS THE EARNING POTENTIAL ON THIS PROGRAM?

HOW WILL I EARN THE RISING STAR BONUSES?
All FI’s who reach these bonus levels for the first time in their FARMASI journey are eligible to earn them. Please note the following:
· The FI must meet the required PV and qualified recruit requirements in the same month they achieve the bonus level for the first time.
· If the PV and qualified recruit requirements are not met, the bonus will be forfeited.
· The first time a bonus level is achieved is the only opportunity to earn that specific bonus.
· All applicable bonuses may be earned in the same month. For example, if an FI whose highest level achieved to date is 12% advances to 25% in March and achieves 125 PV with 3 qualified recruits in the same month, they will earn the 15%, 18%, and 22% bonuses, for a total of $500 USD.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NEW AND I REACH 25% IN ONE MONTH?
If a new FI reaches 25% in one month and meets the required PV and qualified recruit requirements, they will earn the full $500 USD in Rising Star bonuses.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M ALREADY AT 25%?
If you are already at 25%, you are not eligible to earn the Rising Star bonuses. However, this program is a powerful tool you can leverage with your team to inspire, motivate, and support them as they work toward earning these bonuses themselves.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I REACH 15% FOR THE FIRST TIME BUT ONLY HAVE 1 QUALIFIED RECRUIT THAT MONTH?
You will not earn the $50 USD bonus associated with the 15% level, as qualified recruits are part of the required criteria to earn the bonus.
Please note: If the PV and qualified recruit requirements are not met in the same month the FI reaches a bonus level for the first time, the opportunity to earn the bonus for that specific level is forfeited.
WHAT IS THE REQUIRED PV FOR NEW RECRUITS TO BE CONSIDERED QUALIFIED FOR THIS PROGRAM?
· USA & PR, Canada, and Dominican Republic: 125 PV in the month they join
· All other countries: 75 PV in the month they join
WHEN WILL THESE BONUSES BE PAID?
These bonuses will be paid in the next monthly commission payout following the month in which they are earned.
For example, if the bonuses are earned in March, they will be paid by April 10, and so on.
CAN I EARN THESE BONUSES MORE THAN ONCE?
No. Each Rising Star bonus can only be earned and paid once.
DO REACTIVATIONS PARTICIPATE IN THESE BONUSES?
Yes. Since a reactivation is considered a new account, it is eligible to participate in the Rising Star Bonuses.
IF I WAS 15% TWO YEARS AGO, AND NOW I’M 9%, BUT GET BACK TO 15%, DO I EARN THE BONUS?
No. These bonuses are based on achieving a bonus level for the first time in your FARMASI journey. Since you have previously reached 15%, you are not eligible to earn the bonus associated with the 15% level again.
