I waited a little bit before I posted a review. I want others to have an honest review of these products. I am on my third jar of restore, and I can say where has it been all my life? I was sleeping before, but since started drinking this around 8pm so I can go to sleep around 10pm. I sleep like a baby. I wake up refreshed and ready to go. I can say this actually helps me sleep because I got home late on night and I hadn't had the chance to drink restore before going straight to bed. I woke up the next morning feeling like I didn't get enough sleep. But the next night I made sure I drank my restore and I work up the next morning refreshed. This is my honest review, and it also happens to be a part of my new daily routine.
