Help my skin, nails, etc from the inside to prevent any damaging effect for growth of my skin, nail and hair.

I started the collagen regime in hopes of decreasing my facial milia. It seems to be working. More time will tell, but I am happy with what I'm seeing so far.

Definitely seeing results and need to take Collagen for my skin, hair, and nails. With Colorado’s Mile High Dry Climate, definitely need to take a Collagen and this by far is the best one I have tried in tablet form…Take one in morning and one at night!!

So far they seem to be working great. The only issue I have is that I had gastric bypass surgery and the vitamins are HUGE so I split them up and take one in the morning and one at night.
