Q: HOW DO I BECOME A FARMASI BEAUTY INFLUENCER?

A: Click on the ‘Join Farmasi’ button located at the top of the website.

 

Q: HOW DO I KEEP MY ACCOUNT ACTIVE AND IN GOOD STANDING?

A: To keep your account active, you need to accumulate 125 PV over a 3-month rolling calendar or your account will be closed and you will not be able to place orders.

 

Q: CAN I MODIFY AN EXISTING ORDER   

A: Unfortunately, we are not able to modify or add products to an existing order.

 

Q: CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS ON AN EXISTING ORDER?

A: You can change the address on an order if it’s within two hours of the order being placed.

 

Q: CAN I RETURN THE STARTER KIT?

A: Unfortunately, Starter Kits cannot be returned for a refund.

 

Q: HOW DO I RETURN PRODUCTS AND GET A REFUND?

A: To return an order call Customer Service at 833-432-7627 (US) or 866-967-6014 (Puerto Rico) to create a ticket.  

 

Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?

A: Refunds typically take 24 to 48 hours to process. In some cases, 5-7 business days depending on your financial institution.

 

Q: MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED. HOW DO I REPLACE THE ORDER?

A: Create a ticket or call in to the customer service department at 833-432-7627 (US) or 866-967-6014 (Puerto Rico) to create your case. Once your case has been created, we can replace your order or process a refund.

 

 

Q: WHERE CAN I SEE A REPLACEMENT ORDER?

A: Your replacement order will be in the Back Office under the ‘orders’ tab.

 

Q: MY TRACKING INFORMATION IS SHOWING “PRE-SHIPMENT”.  HOW DO I GO ABOUT RECEIVING A REPLACEMENT ORDER?

A: To request a replacement order for orders that are not reflecting an updated tracking status, we must wait a period of 15 business days before we can send a replacement order.

 

Q: I HAVE PAID FOR MY ORDER, BUT THE STATUS IS “PAYMENT CONFIRMATION PENDING”. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?  

A: This happens when we have not received confirmation of your payment method.

 

Q: WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

A: Standard shipping is expected to take anywhere from 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping is expected to take 2-3 business days. (APO addresses and Puerto Rico shipping times may vary)

 

Q: I CANCELLED MY ORDER BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. WHEN CAN I EXPECT A REFUND?  

A: After the cancellation for an order, you may choose which payment method you would like to receive the refund to. If your Farmasi wallet is the chosen method, it would reflect within 24-48 hours. If your credit card is the method selected, we would have to process the refund. Depending on your financial institution it may take up to 5-7 days.

 

Q: CAN I ACCESS THE FARMASI CATALOG ONLINE?

A: You may access the FARMASi catalog online at https://www.farmasius.com/OnlineCatalog/.

 

Q: HOW DO I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE?

A: You may contact Customer Service by creating a ticket from the ‘Customer Service’ tab in your Back Office or you can call us at (866) 967-6014 (PR) or (833) 432-7627 (US), Monday-Friday from 8 am to 9 pm ET. We are closed on weekends and US federal holidays.

 

 

Q: HOW DO I REDEEM AN INCENTIVE OR PROMOTION?

A: You can select any incentives available to you under the ‘Promotions’ tab during checkout.

 

Q: I RECEIVED AN ORDER THAT BELONGS TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER. WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH THIS ORDER?

Beauty Influencer FAQ

 

Q: I signed up using my sponsor’s link, but my sponsor shows as ‘Farmasi Root’ why is this?

 

A: Please contact Customer Service or create a ticket with your Sponsor’s BI code and we’ll make sure we connect you with the correct Sponsor.

 

Q: Can I change my sponsor from “Farmasi Root”?

A: To make this possible, please submit a ticket or give Customer Care a call. You may request a Sponsor change from Farmasi Root to the Sponsor of your choice.

 

Q: How do I change my sponsor?

A: Sponsor changes are not allowed unless you signed up under Farmasi Root or it has been 3 days or less since you enrolled.

 

Q: How do I contact Compliance?

A: You may contact the Compliance Department at Compliance@FARMASiUS.com.

 

Q: I am having trouble logging in to GPG or I am locked out of my account.

A: You may contact GPG directly at 855-342-5474 or help@gpgway.com.

 

Q: How do I change the name on my account?

A: We must have your legal name on file for proper IRS reporting of your earnings. You may contact Compliance@FARMASiUS.com to request a name change. You will need to fill out the appropriate Name Change Form, along with a copy of your ID.

 

Q: I am being charged duplicate taxes on my order.

A: We charge taxes on the full catalog price, not your discounted Beauty Influencer price. Depending on your state, we are required to charge taxes on the shipping fee.

 

 

Q: Can I sell products at a discount?

A: Products may not be sold at a discount as this is considered “special enticement” which creates an unfair advantage. Products must be sold at retail price. (See policies and procedures 9.5 Advertising and Promotional Materials)

 

Q: Can I list products on e-commerce sites?

A: No. These sites are considered unauthorized methods of sale.

 

Q: I saw something that is against the policies. What should I do?

A: If you need to report something that is a violation of Farmasi’s policies, please email Compliance@FARMASiUS.com with any proof of the incident in order for us to review.

 

Q: I can no longer continue my Farmasi business. Is there any way I can transfer it to a family member/friend?

A: If you need to transfer your account due to the fact you can no longer continue your business, please contact Compliance@FARMASiUS.com in order for us to send you a Sale or Transfer form.

 

Q: As a Beauty Influencer can I be a part of a competing company?

A: A Beauty Influencer at any title cannot be a part of any competing company.  

 

Q: What is considered a competing company?

A: A competing company is any multilevel marketing or direct sales company that offers products that Farmasi sells.

 

Q: As a Beauty Influencer can I be a part of another Multilevel marketing company that is not competing?

A: The policies and procedures state that you may join another multilevel marketing or direct sales company that does not sell products that are similar to Farmasi. Bis who are Golden Managers and above are not allowed to join any other network marketing or direct sales companies regardless if they offer similar products as Farmasi.

 

Q: I was deactivated due to the 125 PV rule. Can I sign back up as a Beauty Influencer?

A: Yes. Once you are deactivated, you will need to purchase a Starter Kit again in order to become a Beauty Influencer.

 

Q: How do I enroll once my account is deactivated?

A: In order to enroll you would have to login to the account you were using and start your process as a new Beauty Influencer.
