Sales Manager (Doral, FL)

Lead and mentor regional and local sales managers to drive performance and growth. Set strategic sales direction by analyzing customer preferences and market trends. Partner with key customers to assess needs and recommend optimal solutions. Oversee resolution of high-impact customer issues to ensure satisfaction and retention. Review sales and operational data to forecast revenue and improve profitability.
