Shipping Policy
At FARMASI, we want to get your product orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Here’s what you need to know:
All items in your order must be shipped to a single address.
In stock items usually ship within 1-2 business days after the order is received.
Tracking information is immediately sent to you once the order ships.
If any items in your order are out of stock, the full amount will be refunded back to you.
A valid U.S. address is required for all deliveries.
Farmasi ships to all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
Farmasi’s preferred shipping vendors are USPS Priority, FedEx Home Delivery, UPS and DHL Expedited. You are able to choose your own carrier and shipping speed. If you select Standard Shipping, Farmasi will determine the company to ship with. Farmasi reserves the right to change the delivery company to a higher pace / quality service due to operational reasons.
All sales & use taxes are based on the destination location. Estimated tax amount per order can be found on your checkout screen.
The only service available for Virgin Islands, Guam and Army Post Office is USPS. For Puerto Rico we offer delivery service via FedEx and USPS. Please keep in mind that deliveries to P.O. Boxes must be via USPS.
You can also select to pickup your order at Farmasi Headquarters by selecting Order Pickup option when placing the order. This option will only appear when a Florida shipping address is selected. Order will be prepared in 24-48 hours and it'll be available for pickup within 3 business days after being packed. Orders not picked up in this time frame will be returned. Order pickup service will have a handling fee of $3.99 for all orders.

Return Policy
Refunds and Product Returns. You agree that if you resell product directly to a customer (“Retail Customer”), you will adhere to the Company’s 100% satisfaction guarantee policy and shall provide a full refund of all monies paid if the Retail Customer returns the product to you within thirty (30) days of the sales transaction.
Similarly, your dissatisfaction with our products means you may return the items for a refund so long as the following conditions occur: (i) neither you nor the Company has terminated the Agreement; (ii) the products were purchased within the previous twelve (12) months; and (iii) the products remain in resalable condition (as defined in the Policies and Procedures)..
The refund shall be 80% of the purchase price or product credit of equivalent value, and shall not include the shipping and handling charges you incurred. In the event of defective or damaged product, the Company will cover all shipping charges as detailed more fully in the Policies and Procedures. Return on Farmasi Gear items require the pre-approval through a call or ticket to the customer service. Relevant information on the process of return for Farmasi Gear items will be presented by the customer service team.
